I decided to close my own commercial real estate brokerage to affiliate with a commercial tenant representation firm in south Tampa. I am still independent and control my team, but am now able to leverage the national ability of Pointline, Inc. The transition is mostly complete, but we take a few more weeks before everything is officially completed. I updated www.CorreiaCommercial.com and will adding new content over the next several weeks. In addition, several new marketing pieces will be created with the “Correia Commercial of Pointline, Inc.” branding. Even though we will be operating under the umbrella of Pointline, Inc., Correia Commercial is still very much independent in its operation.
