It is amazing how many unknown great artist’s are out there. I have been slowly digging through old shows that I like via You Tube and keep finding incredible talent. You sucks is, even after being acknowledged as good by professional artist and manger judges, there are still haters out there on the message boards that talk shit. Why do so many people hate to admit when someone else has it going on? If someone is good, just admit and move on. I thought this guy Eli was awesome. I wish I had an ounce of his talent and stage presence. He seems like one hell of a nice guy on top of that. Enjoy the video.

Cas Haley – Reggae Artist

I was flipping through old America’s Got Talent videos on You Tube and came across this artist that I thought was amazing. He is a white guy even. I few songs have been posted on his new website at www.cashaley.net for FREE listening. I don’t typically hear artist’s that I fell I would rather have their music than say my $15, but I would definitely buy this guys album. Bob Marley legend was one of the best albums of all time and I don’t know anyone my age or younger that doesn’t like reggae and I am not a pot smoker. I just like the music. I wonder why we don’t listen to it more. I also wonder why lots of people say they don’t like electronic music because they don’t do drugs. The music is amazing once you explore all the genres and learn what it is really like. Some forms resemble classical music, but are played with more modern electronic pieces of equipment. Check out Cas Haley, you just might like a white boy playing reggae. I know I do. Here is his America’s Got Talent performance. Enjoy.

Commercial Real Estate Affiliation

I decided to close my own commercial real estate brokerage to affiliate with a commercial tenant representation firm in south Tampa. I am still independent and control my team, but am now able to leverage the national ability of Pointline, Inc. The transition is mostly complete, but we take a few more weeks before everything is officially completed. I updated www.CorreiaCommercial.com and will adding new content over the next several weeks. In addition, several new marketing pieces will be created with the “Correia Commercial of Pointline, Inc.” branding. Even though we will be operating under the umbrella of Pointline, Inc., Correia Commercial is still very much independent in its operation.

I am looking forward to the new relationships that will be forged here in Tampa as well with National Tenants. Powerhouse Gym & New Friends

I made the move over the Tampa, FL and settled in to a condo in the Channelside district. Since I have a background in Exercise Science, I chose to join this fairly new gym very close to my home. It is one of the better gyms I have ever seen and I have been in a bunch of them over the years. They have all the sports specific training stuff I like and don’t use anymore. It is nice to be around other Strength Coaches even though I don’t use the equipment my self.

I have slowly starting meeting some really cool people at the gym as well. I even met a really sweet girl today and on top of that, she was really pretty. It just goes to show you Tampa is a great place to live. The people there seem pretty down to earth and are really into fitness pretty hardcore. It makes it a great environment to train. Sometimes I feel like I need to start getting a heck of a lot more serious about training, but I already have so many other responsibilities that it is hard to keep up with it all. Tampa is definitely a nice place to live if you are in the right part of town – South Tampa.

I am finally back and moving

Sorry for being gone so long. I am working hard on improving my webblog (i.e. website/blog) in an effort to consolidate a diverse set of offerings I have put out that lack substance individually. This new consolidated approach will significantly add to the substance of writings. I am currently in the process of moving back to Tampa, Florida and have been in the studio working on new re-mix tracks. I will start putting samples up once I find a format that protects me from piracy. I have also been getting involved with the film community in Tampa and am looking forward to making the move to that great city. The Tampa film scene is flourishing.

My cousin “Kelli Barrett” will be appearing on the hit TV show “The Good Wife” on April 6th and will be on “Ugly Betty” that same week. Congratulations to Kelli.

I will be making some big improvements to this site. Thanks for visiting.

Record Commercial Realty Bankruptcy

This actually happened six months ago, but I wanted to post it for those of you that were not aware of it. There is a video of a news report discussing the bankruptcy filing of General Growth Properties. They own hundreds of properties across the Country, which are primarily malls. One of such malls is the Altamonte Mall in Orlando, Florida.
